Cancellation Policy

If the tour / travel services need to be cancelled due to any avoidable or unavoidable reason, Mystical Expedition must be notified in writing. All cancellation requests will be accepted only via email. You may call us for discussion; however, the cancellation policy will be applicable only after we receive the written cancellation request.
If you cancel your tour for any reason, you may choose to postpone the tour. In such cases, the advance / token amount will be adjusted as credit, which will remain valid for one (1) year from the original booking date.
- 45 days prior to arrival: 20% of the Tour cost
- 35 days prior to arrival: 40% of the Tour cost
- 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour cost
- 10 Days prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
- There is no cancellation for the orders / bookings made for the same day delivery.
- No Cancellation on Group Tours.
