Our Terms and Conditions
- If any local sightseeing places are closed due to reasons such as weather conditions, government orders, strikes, curfew, natural calamities, maintenance issues, or any unforeseen circumstances, Mystical Expedition shall not be held responsible. We may try to arrange alternative sightseeing where possible, but this will not be mandatory.
- Mystical Expedition acts only as a tour planner and service coordinator. If guests independently book or hire any third-party services (such as activities, local taxis, guides, etc.) during the tour, it will be entirely at the guest’s own risk and responsibility. Mystical Expedition will not be liable for any loss, delay, damage, or dispute related to such services.
- Once the booking has been confirmed with hotels, transport providers, or other vendors, any cancellation or refund will be strictly as per the respective vendor’s cancellation and refund policies. Mystical Expedition will not be responsible for any deductions or non-refundable amounts charged by the vendors.
- If the guest requests any changes after payment or during the tour, such as change of travel dates, number of tour days, or services, the tour cost will be revised accordingly. Any additional charges arising from such changes must be paid by the guest.
- In case of any future increase in government taxes, fees, levies, or fuel costs, Mystical Expedition reserves the right to revise the tour cost. This clause applies only to tours that are cancelled and later rebooked or postponed. For tours that are not cancelled, the confirmed amount will remain final.
- Cab service hours for local sightseeing will be strictly from 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Any service required beyond these hours will be subject to availability and additional charges, which must be paid directly by the guest.
- AC service will be provided only in plain areas. AC service will not be available in hill areas. If AC is requested and provided in hill areas, additional charges will be applicable and must be paid directly by the guest.
- Any disputes, claims, or legal matters related to the booking, tour, or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimla only.
